This Policy describes prohibited conduct and the measures Omanero may take to protect the integrity of the Service, users and Partners. It forms part of the Terms and Conditions.

1. Prohibited conduct

  • Creating multiple or fake accounts, or using impersonated identities, to obtain rewards.
  • Self-referrals or artificial links between accounts.
  • Manipulating the tracking, attribution or referral system (cookies, parameters, bots, scripts).
  • Generating artificial activity or volume, "wash trading" or any trading whose sole purpose is to generate cashback.
  • Breaching Partner terms or using the Service for unlawful purposes, including money laundering.
  • Using false information or third-party payout details without authorisation.

2. Measures Omanero may take

On indications of fraud, abuse or breach, Omanero may, proportionately and at its reasonable discretion:

  • Carry out manual reviews and request verification information or documentation.
  • Withhold, adjust, recalculate or cancel cashback and referral rewards, including those already shown as pending or confirmed but not yet settled.
  • Void rewards obtained irregularly and offset them against future balances.
  • Suspend or close the user's account and deny access to the Service.
  • Report the incident to Partners or competent authorities where appropriate.

3. Verification burden

Where there is reasonable doubt about the legitimacy of activity, Omanero may make payment conditional on passing the relevant checks. The user agrees to cooperate by providing the requested information within a reasonable time.

4. Third-party errors and incidents

If a Partner reverses commissions, reports incorrect data or applies chargebacks, Omanero may adjust or cancel the affected cashback even if already shown to the user, without this giving rise to any compensation.

5. Good faith and proportionality

Measures will be applied in good faith and proportionately to the seriousness of the conduct. The user may submit representations by writing to soporte@omanero.com; Omanero will consider them before taking final measures whenever reasonably possible.

6. Reservation of actions

This Policy is without prejudice to any other legal actions available to Omanero for damages caused.
